Why You Should Join

Members benefit from their mutual love of genealogy. We support each other in our research. Your work could be enhanced and could propel your work forward! 

When you are a member of our genealogical society you consistently have the opportunity to meet and work with others who are doing similar research to you. You can work together to share what you’ve both learned, share your experiences, your findings, and so on. There could be shared knowledge of the same same geographical area that you’re researching or information on a the same surname. If you hit a wall, it can very helpful to have other genealogists to brainstorm with. 

 

You would have access to our own libraries, collections, or previous lectures. These would be constantly updated as we find more info to share.

 

We have regular meetings with speakers in person or via zoom. You may learn how to navigate specific kinds of records, how to move your research forward, and more. At these lectures, you will have the ability learn from experienced speakers.
